MOCK SURVEYS

We provide customizable mock survey experiences, to assist our clients with accreditation and regulatory readiness. Our primary focus is safe and effective patient care. We believe the concepts of high-reliability are key factors to sustained success, and we are here to assist with your journey!

ACCREDITATION RETREAT

Accreditation Retreats are two-day, two-consultant educational sessions with leadership, the quality team, and/or accreditation/regulatory committee members. We offer a basic training for staff who are new to their role, or an advanced training course, for those who need an intensified review or updates. We provide training manuals and samples of leading practices in the healthcare industry.

FOCUSED MOCK SURVEYS

Do you need focus on a specific area of compliance? We offer one to two day focused mock surveys, to zero in on your areas of concern. For example, a focused survey may assess a department, such as surgical services, behavioral health, home health or a process such as pain management or high-level disinfection and sterilization.

1:1 CONSULTING

Do you need a consultant at your meeting, asap? Our consultants are prepared to virtually meet with you via phone, or other audio/visual communication platforms. Hourly charges apply for this consultative service.
